Well, have you ever heard the expression, "All good things must come to an end?" That's how I'm feeling today about my trip to NYC. I hope you have enjoyed seeing all of the photos from the many things we've learned about in third grade!
On my last day in NYC, I had only about 6 to 7 hours before I had to catch a cab and head to LaGuardia Airport in order to get on the plane. So, I started the morning heading east of Times Square. I walked to the New York Public Library. It is an amazing place, and kind of looks like a castle. The ceilings in some rooms are almost 40 feet high! I happened to catch a tour of the library and wanted to share some photos.

Next, I spent some time relaxing in Bryant Park. I noticed some people playing golf on a small putting green, some playing ping pong, others checked out board games to play at the tables scattered around. Did you know there are racks of books that sit out in the open for people to read?
Then, I walked to Times Square one last time and stopped in at the HUGE Toys R Us store. It's 4 stories high, and there's a big ferris wheel inside! It also has fun displays to look at, such as this one! Any Star Wars fans out there?
These were the last few photos I took before heading back to the hotel to get my luggage and hailing a cab for LaGuardia. I hope you enjoyed the photos!
